  • Meeting Analysis: We use large language models to generate summaries, extract action items, and identify key decisions
  • Codebase Intelligence: We analyze connected GitHub repositories to provide engineering context
  • Conversational AI: Our AI assistant uses your meeting and integration data to answer questions

Your data is processed securely and is not used to train third-party AI models. We use API-based services where your data is processed but not retained by the AI providers for training purposes.

Shared Meeting Links

When you share a meeting via a public link, the meeting summary, transcript, and analysis become accessible to anyone with that link. You can disable sharing at any time.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Integration tokens and credentials are encrypted before storage
  • Access to production systems is restricted and logged

Your data is primarily stored in secure data centers in the United States. Meeting recordings are temporarily stored for processing and then securely deleted after transcription is complete, unless you choose to retain them.

Data Retention

We retain your information as follows:

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion request
  • Meeting Data: Retained while your account is active; you can delete individual meetings at any time
  • Meeting Recordings: Audio files are deleted after processing unless you explicitly choose to retain them
  • Integration Data: Synced data is refreshed regularly and removed when you disconnect an integration
  • Usage Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for debugging and analytics

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Access and Portability

You can access and export your meeting data, transcripts, and summaries at any time through the platform.

Correction

You can edit meeting summaries, action items, speaker names, and other analysis data directly in the platform.

Deletion

You can delete individual meetings or request complete account deletion by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Integration Control

You can connect and disconnect integrations at any time through your settings. When you disconnect an integration, we stop syncing new data and you can request deletion of previously synced data.

Meeting Recording Control

You control whether our bot joins your meetings. You can enable or disable the meeting bot for individual meetings or globally through your settings.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain your authenticated session
  • Remember your preferences and settings
