What does Centri remember?
Your meetings (notes, transcripts and who said what: voices told apart, named from Zoom, Teams and Meet or by you), and the people and companies in them. It's encrypted on your computer, and notes sync to your other computers only when you sign in.
Does a bot join my calls?
No. Centri captures your microphone and your computer's audio directly, so nobody sees an extra participant. It works with any call app.
Which apps does it work with?
Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex and anything else that plays through your computer. Centri notices calls from your calendar and when a call app starts using your microphone.
Do I need to tell people I'm taking notes?
Often, yes: many places require consent to record. Centri reminds you at the start of each call and can copy a short notice for the chat. Teams can make that notice required.
Where is my data?
Your computer is the main home for it: notes and transcripts live there in an encrypted database. When you sign in, the notes you sync are also stored, encrypted, on Centri's servers, so they reach your other computers and the people and teams you share with. Your voice profile and any audio you keep stay on your computer. To transcribe and write notes, audio goes to our transcription provider and text to our AI provider while it's processed; transcription can run on your computer instead. Local-only mode keeps everything on your computer.
Does it work offline?
Your notes, transcripts and search all work offline. With on-device transcription you can record offline as well, and Centri writes the AI notes automatically as soon as you're back online.
Is there a launch offer?
Yes. Join the waitlist before 20 November 2026 and your company gets its first month of the Business plan free, for every seat. It applies when you start Business after launch with the email you joined with (Business needs a work email). After that month, Business is $39.99 per user per month, and you can cancel any time before then.
How is Centri priced?
Three plans. Individual is $19.99 a month for one person: memory from your own meetings, Ask, briefs, recaps, to-dos and dashboards. Business is $29.99 per user per month. Billed yearly, Individual is $14.99 a month ($179.88 a year, 25% off) and Business $24.99 per user a month ($299.88 a year, 17% off). Business adds a shared company memory with teams, shared folders and team pages, live editing with @mentions, the Centri assistant in Slack, connecting that memory to AI assistants such as Claude and Cursor through MCP, and admin controls. Enterprise is priced for large organisations: we install Centri across your company, set up as many teams as you need, build custom integrations and deployment options, and work through your security reviews and certification requirements with you. Is there a free trial?
No. You choose a plan and subscribe before downloading, and you can cancel at any time: Business admins from the workspace admin, and anyone by writing to us. Business needs a work email: everyone at your company with that email can join your workspace.
Does Centri work with Claude?
Yes, on Business. Turn on AI tools in Centri's settings and add Centri to Claude (one click for Claude Desktop), or to Cursor and other assistants that support MCP. Claude can then look up your meetings, decisions, to-dos, contacts and your team's shared notes. Centri keeps that memory current after every meeting and message. Each answer in Claude shows the Centri lookups it used, and Centri shows when Claude last used your memory. Access is read-only and runs from your computer.
Can my team work on notes together?
Yes, on Business. Any meeting shared with a team can have extra tabs, such as an action plan or a follow-up, that everyone edits live. Team pages hold plans and ideas that aren't tied to a call. Mention a teammate with @ and they're notified. Pages can hold tables, images, links and files, and files open in a preview. Pages are stored on Centri's servers so your team can reach them.
Can my team ask Centri questions in Slack?
Yes, on Business. A workspace admin adds the Centri assistant to Slack from the Centri admin in a few clicks, with no engineer needed. Employees mention @Centri in a channel or send it a direct message, and it answers from what your team has shared, with links to the meetings behind the answer. It only sees messages that mention it or are sent to it directly.
